I had communicated directly with the hotel to upgrade and was quoted a price which I accepted and was told should be paid on check in. On arrival there was no upgrade I showed my emails to the receptionist Jose and was dismissed and found him rude. However I spoke to another receptionist the following day Jessica who explained things and arranged for us to be upgraded ASAP. Thank you Jessica. The pool is lovely all though the beds facing the sun have towels on early. Storage for clothes is an issue at this hotel but once upgraded the facilities and service we received compensated. We had our morning paper delivered each morning mini fridge stocked with soft drinks jacuzzi on our terrace fruit delivered at 7pm although I would have preferred to be asked what I want rather than the same thing every night. Pillow choice was also good. Overall a really relaxing holiday this is a great location to access the harbour of Cala bona as well as walking to calla Millor.

Virkelig godt hotel

Rigtig godt hotel, hvor der ikke er en masse regler. Aircondition fungerede virkelig godt. Ærgerligt at stolene ved swimmingpoolen kunne optages i halve dage med et badehåndklæde.

Good spacious would go again

Great for bed and breakfast. Good spacious rooms and the pool was great. Service average but ok however the place needs to be cleaned more throughout the day and was a bit grubby looking at times. All round though it was good value and I’d stay there again.

Good location close to the beach. Free public parking lot cross the street. Clean and nice air conditioned rooms. Good and ample selection of fresh food everyday. Staff friendly and helpful. Public transportation right in the corner or taxi station one block down the street. After all a good place to enjoy your vacation safe and having fun. Good shows every night.

Above and beyond.. Well done..

Arrived in the middle of the storm that engulfed east Majorca and was soaked to the skin....a towel was immediately provided, a caring tone was given and there was no hurry for me to sign stuff and check in... Extremely professional... Was half board and had no complaints at all about the food...the suite had a bedroom which i didn't expect and was spotless.... The bar was nice and at €2 a pint i couldn't complain... Overall, was beyond my expectations and would recommend without a doubt.. Well done to all the staff involved..

modern comfortable hotel

I had a lovely stay at the som llevante suites. good spacious room with comfortable spacious bed, tv and a very good shower.the room and shower kept very clean. the hotel is in a good location away from noise except for entertainment in the evening which stopped latest 11pm. the swimming pools were ideal for children or adults with a lifeguard on duty the concierge service was very good and most helpful with my late, destroyed luggage. the ability of the female concierge to speak Spanish to the travel company was a huge asset. the food at breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. all staff very friendly and helpful

nice clean hotel no frills!

the hotel is nice and clean and perfectly place less then 200m from the beach and main promanarde. Though advertised as a 4 star it is more like a superior 3 star with little thrills. The pool is small and there are not enough sun beds when the hotel is full. I would reccomend taking breakfast as it is very good though for 2 weeks there is very little variation.

Problem med Reservation

Ankomst til hotel, der var ingen værelser, Vi skulle flyte til andet Hotel. Vi var ikke indforstået, vi vil tale med Hotel ansvarlig person, De oplyste os, han var der i morgen kl. 11.00. Vi overnattede i det Hotel, som de anviste os. Værelse var på ca 10 m2 til 3 personer. Vi kontakte Expedia, de gjorde kkke noget. Vi kontakte næste dag Hotelet hvor vi har reserver igennem Expedia De oplyste os, at værelse var klar, Vi fik ingen tilbage melding fra Expedia Vi har selv måtte finde ud af det med Hotel Hotelet undskylde sig men de har ikke for nogen information fra Expedia, vedrørende vores ankomst mandag Den 27 august 2018.

Great location, nice infra and wonderful personnel

The place was in east coast, near to most of wonderful beaches, with great infrastructure inside the complex and near to it with many supermarkets, stores and bars along the beach. Breakfast and dinner were not sophisticated but well prepared by employers. Wonderful team, people were always really kind and helpful.
