The staff were friendly and welcoming. We came in around 5pm but the room was not ready yet; they offered us free drink from the bar. I chose a suite room; size wise was good but we couldn’t have good river view due to the location of our room

"Stor förvåning när vi anlände och ingen visste att vi var bokade. Hotellet ville se bokningsbekräftelser. Rummen ostädade och badrummet snuskigt. Detta fixades dock till relativt snabbt och vi fick våra rum till slut. Luftkonditioneringen blåste rakt på sängen. Stenhård säng. Pool ok."
