2 bedroom Oceanfront - Billing spit

  • Beautiful 2 bedroom is located in Sooke Basin, full kitchen and BBQ. You can hang at the beach all day or explore what Sooke has to offer - lots of hikes, boating, kayaking, Sooke Potholes etc. Unit is self contained located in our home, own outside patio and access to shared yard, if you like. Beautiful sunsets, quiet walks on the beach, watch the sunrise at billing spit.

    guest suite is a beautiful space, newly renovated, 2 queen beds. Dishes, cooking pots etc all provided so you can prepare your own meals. There is access to a BBQ - if you would like.

    You will love the peacefulness of sooke and gorgeous wildlife. Sea Otters, seals, bald eagles, kingfisher.

We took our grand daughter to Sooke for her grad present, we found our stay amazing. Accommodations were great, loved our view, Romeo the swan was a pleasant surprise, very comfortable place to stay. Found it very homey.

The suite with double bead and a couch (not suitable to sleep on it, but comfy to sit). The view from the patio is stunning, place is calm and clean. It is one of the guests suites on the ground floor of a big house, comfortable and stuffed with all necessities, and some extras like board games. The garden visited by geese, which is cute if you watch your steps near the trees.

We had a great stay! The suite is well maintained and clean and has everything you need. You can walk along the beach or just relax and enjoy the view. Sub is a great host and is very responsive. If we are back in Sooke we would book this place again!

Beautiful place to get away

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Beautiful location, quiet and serene. The property is gorgeous, and the suite is set up with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and communication was easy. My kids and I had a wonderful time and will absolutely come back!

Great waterfront property!

Had a lovely stay! Sub was super responsive and very nice. She got us a high chair for our baby to use while staying there which was beyond helpful and kind. She was extremely accommodating for anything we needed and also very respectful of our privacy. All in all a great stay

A Bicycle Trip Destination

It’s not often when arriving at one’s destination you are greeted by a kind host, an incredibly beautiful location, and a comfortable place to stay. And a resident swan named Romeo to add colour. I could have not left this property for the two days we stayed and been quite content.

Serenity and peaceful

A very quiet location with doves occasionally cooing throughout the day. Nice pebbly beach to have daily walks and my visually impaired daughter was able to join Lots to see and do and eould like to come back and do more exploring

Beautiful Oceanfront Property

The two bedroom suite was perfect. You can walk out to the ocean front from your back door. The hosts were wonderful and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Definitely recommend this place if you like a private beach and wildlife! Thank you very much for the awesome experience!

The suite exceeded our expectations and was set up with everything we needed. The host was wonderful and communication was excellent. The setting is spectacular, oceanfront on a quiet inlet. Even the weather was fantastic! Can’t wait for my next visit.

It was a beautiful place to have as a base to explore the local area. The apartment was very comfortable (beds were superb!) and equipped with everything we needed (high quality pans and sharp knives). The host was accommodating, and even though they were upstairs, we could barely hear them. I highly recommend this serene spot.

Lovely stay for tranquility. First morning greeted at our door by the resident swan. Each day at low tide we would watch the herons fishing on the bay. Anything I would ask about Sub would be sure to provide if it wasnt already there (such as binoculars and a DVD player).

Great apartment in a beautiful peaceful location. Very comfortable with a full range of appliances, crockery, linen etc. the host was very accommodating. The grounds and the outlook are superb. Loved watching the harbor seals and the Canada geese and their goslings, herons, bald eagles and ospreys. Sooke and the surrounds is just beautiful. We enjoyed the forest hikes in the area. Highly recommended for a peaceful nature based holiday.
