My room was extremely clean and brand new furniture and carpeting. I was put into a suite. It had a kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom. Also a balcony facing the water and park. I really appreciate it having this room and will definitely be back

I got the full one-bedroom suite with partial view of the harbour. It is a huge apartment, with a separate bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. Kitchen, dining and sitting areas are very well arranged. The full kitchen is convenient for travellers who prefer to do some light cooking rather than going out to restaurants. The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. I arrived past midnight (due to fight delays) and the staff was very helpful. They called me before I arrived to confirm my arrival and waited for me. (Since this is not a full hotel, there is no staff at the front desk overnight.)

The King one bedroom sweet was incredibly spacious with a full kitchen, on-suite bathroom and beautiful view. The property seems a little dated compared to those nearby, but was good value for the price with free parking and perfect location to walk everywhere downtown. We did find it very warm in the night and the thermostats didn’t work so we had to open all the windows (April weather). But all in all, would stay here again. Infant/stroller friendly.

Very enjoyable stay - a somewhat outdated building but very well maintained and in a wonderfully accessible area of Victoria with everything within walking distance. Beautiful room with a view! Very friendly staff. Will be staying here again!

It was an incredibly spacious suite, and very comfortable! We would definitely stay there again. We didn’t read or realize that there is no A/C in most rooms, so I would be cautious to book a room in summer because it was warm at night in April. Other than that, it was a lovely stay with friendly staff.

Front desk staff were great and our room had stunning views looking over the harbour. The location was perfect, amongst restaurants and shops, but within walking distance of all the downtown sites and activities.
