「The desk clerk was great! Very friendly young man. I went into my room, set my keys down, went outside to get my suitcase and locked myself out of the room. The clerk smiled and gladly gave me another key, assuring me that it was okay, it happens all the time.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was tight but ok. Lots of work trucks there. Remote for the TV needs to be replaced or cleaned. It would only work to turn on/off, and change the volume. Getting to the guide was iffy, but then it may or may not move when you tried to make a selection. it was just ok - it served my purpose. Cheap and near the hospital.」

「The room itself in the hotel was not very clean. Some items were missing or not functioning in the room. It appears the hotel is old and never been updated. I can say that there was clean sheets and towels, but that's about it. I will not be returning there at any time in the future.」
