「We booked the superior room for 3 nights supposedly with river view. We wanted to book this hotel since in their promotion page, the superior room is with balcony and with an open view of the river. However, we were finally given a room in the corner of the corridor and there were 2 big columns inside the room and with 2 small windows for the river view. 「The room we got looked like maids room, tiny with outdated bathroom. The whole hotel does not look like 5 stars and I don’t think it is up to Sofitel standards. But the big plus of the hotel is its location. 「酒店後面不遠就有超市，超市星期日不營業。從大巴站拖著行李步行去酒店約10分鐘，沿途要經過一條行人隧道，大巴站那邊沒有電扶梯，只有一部升降機，壞了多天也沒維修，害我得將行李扛上扛下，酒店那邊的行人隧道也沒電扶梯，只有一部升降機可用。從酒店出來後方就是舊城區，位置非常方便。下次再來的話還會住這兒。」
