    Just 2-3 miles away from the stunning Capitola Beach, the serene Rio Del Mar State Beach (a personal favorite!), and the scenic New Brighton State Beach, you’ll have easy access to some of the area’s best coastal spots. The famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is only 8 miles away, offering classic boardwalk fun for all ages.

    Bring your bikes (e-bikes are even better!) to explore our charming town and nearby beaches at your leisure. Recently remodeled, this home now boasts a brand-new living room, bedroom, and bathroom, blending modern amenities with the relaxed coastal vibe of the area.

Such an amazing house - great for big families. Plenty of space and amenities - the backyard is a dream. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and the beds are so comfy. Crystal was super helpful and communication was an ease! Will definitely rent again!

Crystal was fabulous and quick to respond to all our questions. This home had all the space we needed for my siblings trip with my two sisters, her daughter, my brother and his two grown boys. My son and I loved our stay and would highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking to gather with a large group. The ping pong table and hot tub were a hit with the kids too. Thank you for offering up such a wonderful home to our family. We will definitely return!

This is a great property with a wonderful open floor plan. rooms are extremely spacious. Great for large families and close to everything. One of the best properties we've rented. Crystal was very prompt in responses and the listing is extremely informative. On our next trip to Capitola we would definitely stay here again!

Hot tub needs work. It was too hot. It went up to 105 and we couldn’t turn it down. The jets barely work. We liked the turf and horse shoes. I the outdoors was nice The price was high for no ocean view. It was clean but there was a bird poop spot on the window in the master bedroom

The most perfect accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was clean, there was an abundance of amenities, and it was better than expected. Hot tub was clean and comfy. Checking in and out was easy. The property itself was amazing because it was almost like it was in the middle of a forest but was centrally located to activities and restaurants.
