It’s a nice place for vacation, beautiful amazing view, friendly employees, good customer care, the spa is wonderful relaxing special we love it, as the hotel is accessible to a lot of activities as the restaurants especially Le Belvédère that is the most beautiful restaurant in Sorel Tracy, and many other places like the marina, le dôme and the shopping centers

We were there for a family event (wedding). a few things. There are no trach cans in the lobby area. There should also be water available throughout the facility. No place to get a drink of water - no water fountains anyplace. Should provide water bottles in the rooms. We were also sitting the the lobby with family members and were told we were too noisy. Is that not the place to congregate and mingle? The staff was nice about it, but just did not seem right. You want the guests to feel comfortable and at that time, we did not.

Je suis allé à Sorel-Tracy et je devais me présenter au travail tôt samedi matin mais malheureusement le restaurant n’ouvrait pas assez tôt j’ai dû aller ailleurs mais à part cela tout était bien. De plus c’est le meilleur hôtel et le plus propre de Sorel-Tracy
