Os hotel tem potencial, funcionários atenciosos, cafe da manhã gostoso, cama e lençóis limpinhos, ducha gostosa, em contrapartida internet lentissima, cobrar estacionamento considero injusto pois a diária não é tão barata assim, o ar não gela nada, pratos sujos no corredor achei deselegante, Não pretendo voltar, mas acredito que esses problemas podem ser solucionados tranquilamente.

Hotel bem localizado, quartos confortáveis e espaçosos, manobristas para levar seu veículo até o estacionamento deles. Os recepcionista são muitos simpáticos e solícitos, no quarto sempre tem 2 copos de água mineral de cortesia para os hóspedes e o café da manhã é ótimo com muitas variedades.

burocracia e atraso no checkin

Hotel suficiente para uma noite. Checkin extremamente demorado por causa de burocracia desnecessária - tinham que imprimir folhas para assinar, scanear documentos das pessoas e imprimir para que assinem os próprios documentos... Loucura nos dias de hoje. Sendo da Rede Atlântica, que fico em vários hotéis, deveriam ter checkin online.
