Family vacation

After arriving in Rome 2 days earlier we traveled to Sorrento to use as our base to see other sites. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. Close to train station and center of Sorrento. Apartment was very clean, we felt it was new, bright, and great views of downtown out windows from street. We would definitely stay again. Had all amenities needed.

Great location but freezing cold

Perfect centralized location, very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint is that the AC was locked so we could not raise the temperature and it was uncomfortably cold. We requested blankets because the beds only had sheets and the management said there is a fee for blankets. We did ask at least 2 times to have the AC set higher, but no response on that.

Communication before our stay was really good with Amore rentals. On arrival at the apartment there was no hot water as previous guests had said in their reviews. I quickly used what’s app to communicative this. At first I was told to run the tap for longer but there was no pressure on the gas tanks. This was quickly rectified and two people came to sort out the problem. We stayed for 4 days and loved the central location of the apartment. Sorrento is stunning and a great base to visit Amalfi, Positano, Pompei and Vesuvius. Use the bakery on the same side of the road and not opposite, price was very steep opposite.

Perfect location for in Sorrento

Perfect location for in Sorrento. Less than a 10 minute walk down to the main beach/dock area and everything is walkable. Around several restaurants/bars/clubs/shops and a super market right next to it as well. Inside the apartment was very nice and looked like the pictures. Very clean and the AC works very well which was very nice. All around great place to stay.

We had a great stay in this apartment. We brought my parents (mid 60s and the flight of stairs were tough on them with their luggage), but they eventually got used to them (especially without the luggage). Great apartment - beautiful and modern.

Air conditioning was the best. Location is right in the center. Supermarket is down the stairs. Stairs are not bad after a few times, they feel like a breeze. Has a few resting places through out the way up. The host offers a service for someone to carry up your luggage when you arrive. Everything is new and working great. We had a great stay.
