Beautiful place situated in a fantastic spot for visiting Sorrento. Extremely close to the train station and to the ferry port which is so nice when you have luggage. Absolutely would stay again!!

We loved staying Aquae Romanae. This place is but maybe a min away from the train station. The unit is perfect for two people, has its own balcony, most importantly, the AC worked and the staff was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Sorrento.

Perfect Location/Beautiful Room with Balcony!

We had a great experience at Aquae, first, we missed our check in window, which was completely my bad, but Rita, was so gracious, came back to the property and was super helpful and understanding making sure we were settled!. The location is the best! steps from Piazza Angelina Lauro and not even 3 min from the train station. Room was super clean, comfortable, space for all our belongings, fridge, safe and even a his and hers sinks. Balcony was spacious and beautiful to have a cocktail in the evening. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, it ticks all the right boxes for location, cleanliness and assistance from the host.!

Our stay at Aquae Romanae was truly wonderful. The space is beautiful, very comfortable, and full of character. Everything was spotless and well cared for. Rita is a fantastic host — warm, helpful, and very thoughtful. She made us feel welcome from the start. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

No hesitation to reccommend property - (we would return) Nice restful accommodation. Unfortunately no facitity to make tea or coffee in your own room however available in communal area. Breakfast options are served in neighbouring cafe. Great location, very local to transport hub. Professional staff who demonstrated flexibility following a personal request.

Inside a very big building, centrally located, is this lovely little place. Room is quite small but nice decoration. Our balcony had view over a back parking but was quiet. Rita received us very well and gave good information.

The only tricky part was check in. Had asked a couple days in advance if any special instructions and told “no”. Yet the address on google maps turned out to be different as they have a few locations. The correct address was sent, just a day or so after stating no special instructions, so I was not looking out for it. Otherwise, great location and facilities!!

Excellent place and location. It’s just a few step from train station. Many food and bar option. Very convenience. Staff meet up on arrival to pass the keys and very good service and explain where to go and eat. But the downside the shower door unable to close right resulting the water slip out everywhere.

Check-In process was very good, constant communication and accommodating to our schedule even accelerated cleaning to have room ready for us upon arrival. The apartment and room was excellent! Common areas as well as the room were spotless, comfortable, staff was great and attention to detail in everything. The property is right in the center and within 5 mins of walking distance to town stores, restaurants and transportation pickup points. We will definitely recommend and use when back in town! Thanks for all your attentions!

TLDR: lower rating is due to the check in process, our specific situation condition of the building outside of the suite, the room itself was nice, the property was in a walkable area but also not very loud. It is fine for a short stay if you are super communicative, aware ahead of time and don’t mind being very patient. I hope the staff take a more proactive process in communicating with the guests and that the building mgmt works on the common areas. This property does not come up in Maps so it is easy to get confused and go to their other location—luckily it is not too far away. Though we should have reached out earlier for check in, we did not have great service at our prior location and the Expedia app was not loading well. The staff took a while to answer us, then arrived much later from when they proposed they would meet—things happen, but they did not alert us as their ETA increased nor when they arrived, and we had to keep following up, when they were already there and then said it was traffic that took them over an hour instead of 10 min. I don’t wish to be unkind but it was frustrating to have been sitting there thinking we were going to meet soon when we could have grabbed food or sat down at the cafe in front sooner. Again the room was very cute, clean enough, the wifi didn’t work well but whatever. The building itself is very dismal and feels sketchy, but there is a lock system on the suite outside of your room door.

Vi ankom til den adresse som er noteret i beskrivelsen. Vi finder dog kun en stor port hvor der ikke ligger hotel men derimod butikker. Vi fandt hotellets navn på en ringklokke, (blandt mange andre)men ingen svarer. Ej heller på nummeret som står i rejsepapirene. En dame i en brilleforretning finder et andet nummer end vores, hvor vi får fat på ejeren som kommer og henter os og fører os til hotellet ca. 15 minutters gågang derfra. Vi får vist værelse afregner afgift og får nøgler. Værelset+rengøring+stedets placering er dejlig. MEN da vi skal videre til Positano brugte jeg 2 dage op til, på at ringe til værtinden før jeg fik fat i hende. Vi skulle bare ligge nøglen på sengen når vi gik. Om det er "dårlig" service eller "doven" service er lidt svært at svarer på. Men jeg opfatter den sidste. Grundet dette er det desværre ikke et sted jeg ønsker at benytte mig af igen. Ej heller anbefale det videre.
