PALAZZO CORREALE HOUSE is a nice and bright apartment of about 160 square meters located in the center of Sorrento, a few meters away from the beach. It has 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests. The apartment has air conditioning (on the hallway), heating, Internet WI-FI and a DVD player. At 400 meters away, there is the private garage for 1 car.


The apartment is located in Piazza Tasso, where you will find shops, restaurants, bars and the supermarkets. The Marina Piccola beach and the port, from where you can take the ferry to Capri, Ischia and Naples, are less than 550 meters away. You can reach them in about ten minutes walk, by bus or by taking the elevator from the Villa Comunale (near the apartment). The train station Circumvesuviana from where you can take the train to Pompei and Naples and the SITA bus stop from where you can take the bus to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello are less than 200 meters way.

The apartment is ideal if you want to spend your holidays in the center of Sorrento but at the same time enjoy the total tranquility. All the rooms of the apartment are facing a nice garden.

Palazzo Correale House is on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach by going up about 16 stairs.

You will not need to stay at Maison Palazzo Correale. If you have one, you can park it in the private garage (for one car only) at 400 meters away from the apartment.

GROUND FLOOR
THE LIVING ROOM is large and bright. It is equipped with a big table for eight guests, two sofas from which one can become a double sofa bed, a big television, the stereo with Bluetooth, the DVD player and two large windows that are facing the back yard.

THE KITCHEN is equipped with an induction cooker, the refrigerator with freezer, the television, the electric oven, the microwave, the kettle, the coffee machine and a table for chairs for eight guests. You will reach the kitchen from the living room. From the kitchen, you will have a private balcony that faces a nice garden.

THE FIRST BATHROOM has the shower, the bidet, the toilet, the sink and the washing machine. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

FIRST FLOOR
You will reach the first floor by going up an internal staircase of about 15 stairs), on top of the stairs, you will find a hallway that leads to the different rooms. Here, you will find the conditioner.

THE FIRST BEDROOM has a queen size bed and television. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND BEDROOM has the queen size bed and television. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE THIRD BEDROOM has two single beds. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND BATHROOM has the shower, the sink, the bidet and the WC. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

- Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, and Pompeii - The central location of this apartment.

- This rental includes free parking, just 400 meters from the apartment, which is a rare asset on the Amalfi Coast.

- Due to the central location of the apartment, in summer you will hear some external noise from the city center.


Important things to know:
- Tourist tax 3,00 Euro per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years of not pay.

- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied for an extra cost of 50. 00 euro to be paid at the arrival.

- Security deposit: 200. 00 €. The security deposit will be returned to your property.
