Trevligt hotell en bit utanför stadskärnan.

Bra läge. Fint poolområde. Praktiskt med buss utanför hotellentren och ca 7-8 min in till Sorrentos centrum. God frukost medan kvällsmaten inte var speciellt bra med tanke på att man är i Italien.

Ótima localização, próximo a praias lindas e a Bagni Di Regina Giovanna, podendo ir a pé em poucos minutos de caminhada. Próximo a Marina Di Puolo. O hotel tem quartos com vista que garante assistirmos o pôr do sol perfeito.

Hotel restaurant was poor quality, not allowed outside food in the hotel, was told to eat on our bed when we picked up groceries as you are not allowed ANY outside food on the property. Ants in the rooms/on the patio, told the front desk about the ants in our room and the sink flooding and they told us to clean up. Not the customer service and hospitality we are used to.

Nice property and great staff. It was just a little farther away from town than we anticipated so there isn't much within walking distance. The location research is on us though. We would still stay here and recommend the hotel to friends!

Moldy Hotel! DO NOT BOOK

DO NOT BOOK. Hotel had MOLD. You can smell the mold from walls. It was NOT CLEAN at all and the bed was like sleeping on a ROCK. I had to fold the pillow in half to get it to reach my neck. The hotels power went out multiple times. My phone was died because of this I couldn’t even take pictures. I had to charge at a different location. The said they have a shuttle but they do not surprise THEY LIED. The hotel is far from the center so makes it even more challenging. Taxi will be 30 Euros to the center and back. I had such a terrible experience that I requested a refund. The lady was so mad that I did that she was yelled saying we cannot get a refund and she didn’t. So now I will make sure NO ONE will experience what I did. DO NOT BOOK!!!

The hotel was nice the stuff both at the reception and the restaurant were very welcoming. The transportation from Sorrento and the Amalfi cost to the hotel could be challenging while from the hotel to sorrento was easy.

We stayed for 4 nights AFTER Capri and Naples first. Hotel Villa Igea is situated in CapoSorrento (12 minutes by bus). Bus stops right outside hotel every 10 minutes, direct into town for €2 each. So if you want to go to Pompeii and Vesuvius etc, it's very accessible to Sorrento Station (most tourist destinations goes from station including trains to Pompeii). Another plus is that because it was slightly out of town, hotel was relatively quiet. Some music and people off in the distance, but nothing compared to city centre. Walking distance to Bagni Regina Giovanna (amazing well known rock formulation) We had a great room overlooking the Bay of Naples and with church bells tower ringing at 6.30pm (which was kinda cool). Beautiful sunsets each night. GREAT view!! (See pics) Some things average, but it was a 3 star hotel. Big mattress stored in entrance foyer (looked a bit like storage). Breakfast was average, okay. Decor was dated (but also kind of retro chick) reminded me of 80s, lots of gold, dated furniture. But it 'worked'. Hotel has damp smell in hallways but assuming because it is in rockface? Room was clean. Fridge in room. Large bathroom. Overall would recommend.

Had an amazing stay here! Mostly stayed to be close to the many great swimming and snorkeling spots just a 12min walk away! This hotel was in a perfect location for that and allowed us to keep our bags for the day after check out so we could swim some more! Breakfast was great as well, and the pool area was perfect! Overall we really loved our stay and recommend getting a sandwich at the little shop across the street as you hike to the water!

Hotell med retrokänsla. Rent och välstädat. Mycket trevlig personal och bra service. Mindre bra med plastmuggar istället för glas på rummet. Frukosten var ok, men utbudet på frukostbuffén kunde ha varit lite större. Bra läge med gångavstånd till stränder samt bra med buss in till centrum. Vi skulle gärna bo här igen.
