Guest Access

Guests will have complete private access to the whole apartment which is located on the ground floor, including the outside terrace. As the apartment is located in a condominium, guests can also benefit from the swimming pool and beautiful garden area. You can also benefit from the 12/24hrs concierge service and Tennis Court which you can book in advance, as well as having private tennis lessons with a tennis coach for an extra fee as well as enjoying a nice game of 'bocce' on the green field area when you can bowl.

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:

• Cleaning fee: 100€ per stay

• City tax: 4 € per night/per adult

• Late check in cost: 50€ (7.00 pm - midnight)

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance.Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
