  • This modern, bright and private apartment with a pool is great for those looking to spend a relaxing time in the heart of the city. This Sorrento holiday apartment is complete with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, large living room that can also be used as a third bedroom, kitchen, terrace, swimming pool & tennis court, great for families or a group of friends, all cleaned and sanitized to a very high standard by our specialized team.

    Private Terrace

    You are welcome to use the private terrace area to enjoy a dinner or drinks should you prefer not to dine outside. As the apartment has kitchen facilities you can also choose to enjoy your breakfast or lunch here.

    Guest Access

    Guests will have complete private access to the whole apartment which is located on the ground floor, including the outside terrace. As the apartment is located in a condominium, guests can also benefit from the swimming pool and beautiful garden area. You can also benefit from the 12/24hrs concierge service and Tennis Court which you can book in advance, as well as having private tennis lessons with a tennis coach for an extra fee as well as enjoying a nice game of 'bocce' on the green field area when you can bowl.

    Other details to note

    Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:

    • Cleaning fee: 100€ per stay

    • City tax: 4 € per night/per adult

    • Late check in cost: 50€ (7.00 pm - midnight)

    Damage and Incidentals

    You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

    Parking

    We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance.Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.

Perfect for 4 in Sorrento

This place was clean and a quick walk to all the shops and restaurants in Sorrento. Check in was easy and we really enjoyed our stay here!

Overall our stay was great due to Tyler who was excellent with communication. Location was amazing for restaurants and shops, but I think there are some issues they need to work out. Shower leaked, air conditioner and washing machine didn’t work

Great place - walkable to everything in Sorrento

Raffaele was quick in responding to our questions all through. Anna made the check in process seamless. The property was very clean and very secure. It was in walking distance to almost everything. We walked to the nearest market and also to the port where you take the ferry to Capri. Right outside this property is a grocery store, restaurant, fresh fruits etc. Raffaele was kind enough to arrange for a cab to drop us off at Naples. We enjoyed our stay.

Get ready to recycle. There were tons of rules as far as trash went and warnings about ruining the towels or you’d have to pay. Can’t use them for makeup. The host was not timely in communication when we couldn’t get the washer to work and we were only there for a few days and washing clothes was vital to our trip. Would not stay here again. Too many rules and lack of support from host. Also overly concerned about the cleaning fee and tax money. Communicated excessively about that and never came to pick it up. But then when we needed something was slow to respond or didn’t respond.

Base for History and Geography

An ideal location for us, close to the tourist center and the train and bus station. Comfortable and roomy flat. Our only suggestion is some knives for food preparation.

Perfect spot in central Sorrento!

This apartment was the favorite of our trip! Big and spacious inside, we had 4 adults and an infant (for whom the property manager provided a crib!) and had plenty of space for everyone. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, and the water. Very convenient! The property manager was very helpful in arranging car transfers from/back to Naples, as well as activities for during our stay. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Sorrento!

Cute little place close to everything!

We definitely enjoyed our stay here! The bed was a little stiff but if you can look past that, everything was great. The apartment comes equipped with everything you need from utensils and cups, to a blow dryer and even converters for your accessories. Was in close vicinity to everything and everywhere we needed to go. We felt safe and would visit again! :)
