Villa Luisa Play & Pool

Villa Luisa play and pool is a new villa concept, the ideal place where groups of friends or families can spend entire days having fun, without the need to go out! Equipped with a private pool, games room and gym, with spacious outdoor areas overlooking the entire Sorrento peninsula, it is located in a strategic position between Positano and Sorrento.



APARTMENT DETAILS:

Villa Luisa, a panoramic structure with a private pool, has 4 bedrooms for a total of 11 sleeping places. Ideal for groups of friends or families, it is composed of two levels. On the first floor, we find an entrance with a kitchen, a game room with a piano, fireplace and a double sofa bed, two bedrooms of which one is a double and the other a single, and a bathroom. On the first floor, we find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area with two single futons. The villa is surrounded by a garden with a lawn, panoramic terraces equipped with garden furniture.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa and all services, including the pool.

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.



LATE CHECK-IN: Please note that for arrivals from 8:00 PM, a supplement of €30 will be applied.



For arrivals from 11:00 pm, the supplement is € 50.



Check out: by 10:00.



Guests will be asked to provide a form of identification upon arrival.



The accommodation tax amounts to £4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

The extraordinary linen change is not included in the price.

Old furniture, broken couch in master, noisy plastic interior doors, strong mold smell downstairs, no night lights, only waste baskets in bathrooms, no shelves in showers, ac only in hall not bedrooms, no instruction manual, no shade or shelves at pool, no fire exit upstairs there is a padlock on the doors, rough toilet paper and towels, weeds in the yard instead of grass, tall weeds in lower yard, plenty of mosquitoes, not worth the huge price tag

Old World Charm / Modern Amenities / Outstanding Views

Our family of 6 very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Luisa. The 2 decks looking out at Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples were a highlight to catch the beautiful sunsets. Our host, Amedeo and his team, set us up on both a tour of Pompeii / Vesuvius and a boat trip to the Amalfi coast and both tours met all of our expectations. He also had some good advice about restaurants in the area including a few that will pick you up and bring you back to the Villa.. The pool was a great place to relax after our expeditions and we enjoyed the orange and lemon trees in the yard.To get down to Sorrento we used both the SITA bus which stops at the neighboring Hotel Villa Fiorita and taxis. There are lots of great shops, restaurants, outdoor markets and beach clubs in Sorrento and for seafood I would recommend going down to the marinas where there are numerous restaurants.I would highly recommend this property for its old world charm as well as modern amenities and fantastic views. You can’t go wrong here and if you are lucky you might catch a fireworks display.

Good and not so good

First, I want to say the property managers of this listing were WONDERFUL and helpful. The property itself needed attention. It was not cleaned well, which is a big problem for me. The shower drains were clogged, one of the toilets had issues flushing, and I could go on and on. I did not alert the property owners during our stay because we were only there for 3 days, and I just wanted to make the best of it. I was a bit embarrassed about renting this property for my family. I’m not even going to ask them for their portion of the payment toward renting it. I’m just going to swallow the loss. I do hope the owners take a good look at this property, and make some improvements. It has so much potential, and the view is AMAZING.

Sorrento Villa

Phenomenal space with panoramic views of the sea and a clear shot of Mt. Vesuvius. Easy ride into Sorrento on the shuttle from the neighboring hotel. Would highly recommend the experiences offered by the host, in particular the boat tour with time in Amalfi and Positano. Also, Cantuccio is a must for dinner! Our concierge Amedeo could not have been more responsive or attentive to our requests! Would highly recommend!

Unbelievable views, very fun property

This was about the most picturesque backdrop home you can imagine. The house is a large, comfortable guest/pool house. The outdoor terraces are great. Amadeo was super helpful with tons of recs for our whole stay, including the town we visited after Sorrento. The views are great because you're up high above town - which is a bonus but also means you need to arrange transportation. It's not walkable into Sorrento. Amadeo hooked us up with a few drivers, and it's easy to get a cab back from town. We also rented a scooter from a nearby vendor for extra flexibility. We made lemonade spritzers with lemons from the yard to enjoy in the pool and hot tub in front of that view - what's not to love?

Great location and manager

This was a great holiday stay for us. The location is perfect for a quiet retreat with a 20-30 min drive to Sorrento for shopping or to the port for a trip to Capri. Lots of restaurants and agrituriismos nearby. The recreational amenities were fun after long days of sightseeing and shopping... especially the jacuzzi. This is a very photogenic property with an amazing view and delicious persimmons growing out front. There is only one thing I would liked to see improved... The kitchen needs a deep cleaning. It seems this part of the house has been neglected, also, the coffee/espresso maker needs to be replaced. Its definitely at the end of it's service life. These are very minor issues when considering the value of this rental. I feel it was priced fairly. The rental manager and host provided exceptional communication and service. I would absolutely recommend this place for a nice vacation. Grazie and Ciao y'all

Great Experience

I was at Villa Luisa in July 2023. Great place. Only one thing please make sure the BBQ works because it is great to spend the evenning with family cooking and swiming.
