“Apartment 1 was more than we could have hoped for. It was an easy check in and once we arrived the apartment was equipped with every amenity that you could need, like a home away from home. There are beach towels and a cool box for trips out. Each room is ensuite, with a kitchen/dinning/living room. The balcony is huge with a hot tub, sun loungers, bar area, seating area and table tennis. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back ”

“The villa is in a perfect location, 10 min walk down to Nissi beach and other beaches. It's about a 30 min walk into Ayia Napa centre but a nice walk. The pool was freezing but it was December. But the pool area and outside was clean and tidy. Would have been a mega location in summer time. Amenities in the villa was great, pool table for the kids and Netflix was a bonus. Also the wifi was great 2 families logged on and not one buffer. The kitchen could have done with just a few more handy……

“Ankomst til stedet gik fint. Da vi lukker os ind, som foregik nemt, virkede huset slidt og ikke vedligeholdt, svømmepoolen var halvtom for vand og lyset virkede ikke flere steder. Dette gjorde vi udlejerne opmærksom på, og med det samme fik vi et nyt hus som var i meget bedre stand. Poolen manglede dog også vand, men det ordnede de med det samme, hvilket egentlig var så dejligt st vi hurtigt glemte den lidt dårlige oplevelse vi startede med. Så det blev alligevel til et skønt ophold. Personalet……

“The staff of the house and the taxi drivers are very friendly. The appartment is not brandnew, but some 10 years old. Everywhere motorcycles and quads, very loud. Nice beach with rocks and stones.”

“8 of us stayed in the villa, amplespace, the wrap round garden and pool was used on a daily basis. Supermarket close by and extremely affordable You need a car but the space within the Villa makes up for it.The kitchen was well equipped and the large fridge and freezer made our stay easier with drinks and ice pops”

“The property was a 10 minute walk from a small town area but definitely not the most touristy area. There were supermarkets and restaurants and we had some excellent meals out. The beaches nearby were small and incredibly busy from very early so we went further afield. Ayia Napa was only a 20 minute drive with fabulous beaches,shopping, restaurants and a water park. We had some issues with the water supply in the villa which were frustrating and the outside area was quite small but it was clean……
