The space

The grounds are large, with mature fruit trees and plenty of space to get in touch with nature. On the edge of town with a cool breeze blowing through, this property will allow you to enjoy town without the noises and without the mosquitoes which dominate the enclosed town.

Guest access

The house has several apartments, each with independent living, sleeping, and bathroom areas. access to the half acre site and the mature fruit trees will enable you to pick your own fruit, coconuts, mangos, oranges, advocados, grapefruit, carambola (star fruit), pineapple, bananas, to name a few.

There are private access gates to the property and all of the grounds are enclosed and secured. CCTV is installed around the outside of the property for your added security.

Interaction with guests

We can organize for a local guide and excursions to popular and hidden attractions. We also offer taxi transfers at cost.

Other things to note

The house is supplied with solar hot water which takes a few seconds to travel down from the roof (Caution.. it can get very hot). (We have an environmental surcharge for Air conditioning)

To maintain site security it is important not to invite locals onto the site.
