「1.一開始入住是海景房二樓，發現海景都被樹完全擋住了，要求更換。服務人員後來幫我們換到一樓景色沒有遮蔽的房間。 2. 早餐buffet很豐盛好吃， 晚餐的Buffet 菜色須改善，建議選擇單點菜單。 」

「I went to take a break from work and it was an amazing experience, the food, the staff and the vendors. Somo local dogs hanged arroun and are very friendly. Love the fact that is very quiet at night.」

「Our suite was clean, spacious and had many amenities. A mini fridge, microwave, sauna, whirlpool tub and steam shower. The view from the room was spectacular and we enjoyed gazing out the window at the view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods and also made to order options. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive to the centre of town. Flavio, at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful place to stay!」

「Bettina and Darwin are the most hospitable hosts imaginable. There are only 2 rooms, so you immediately feel one of the family. My room was divine, colourful and comfortable. Breakfast with a breathtaking view over Banos, under the supervision of their two llamas grazing nearby. It’s worth coming to Banos just to stay here. Only caution- the road is very steep.
