Amazing home with fantastic ocean views

We absolutely loved our stay. This home is perfect for large groups. The online photos do not do it justice. There are stunning views of the ocean from the living room, dining room and three of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner contacted us ahead of time. This was a 10 out of 10.

Fantastic Family Time

This home is perfect for connection with family. My 93 year old dad is super comfortable hanging in a comfy chair, by the window. He can sit back and enjoy watching the kids, grandkids and great grands while socializing, playing games, and cooking as well as just enjoying the view of the ocean. The home is perfect because of the open space, but also the private rooms.Carol is the perfect host and so friendly!

Great location. Room for everyone. Well furnished. Private. Well maintained trail to the beach but steep in a couple places. We love this location and the home is very nice.

Beautiful Oregon beach home

We had a fantastic stay! The owner was so helpful and friendly. She made everything so easy to stay in this gorgeous home on the beach! It was the perfect time for our family! We look forward to staying here again!

Amazing spot for a beach weekend

It's an excellent property, with tons of ocean views both through windows and the deck. Beach access is immediate, 5 full bedrooms with onsuite bathrooms was great for hosting a group of friends (plus amazing bath tubs) and the kitchen is spacious with enough cookware and oven space to cook for any sized group. The location feels very secluded while being a very short drive into Newport, it's a great spot.

Wonderful Family Stay

This property was wonderful! Everything is new and it's a gorgeous place. The views are incredible as well as the layout of the home. We loved the big kitchen island and all the amenities! I brought my 92 year old dad, my adult children and their spouses and it was perfect with our own suites with bathrooms! Carol was a fantastic host and very friendly! I can't wait to come back!

Perfect Oregon Coast House!!

We loved our stay at South Beach! The house is spotless and the views are truly spectacular. The little trail down to the beach is well maintained and beautiful. Beds are comfortable and a bathroom attached to each room provides a comfortable setting and privacy for all. I will undoubtedly stay here again in the future!! I had a couple questions - our host Carol was very responsive and helpful.

Annual Friends Reunion

Our group of 9 longtime friends held our annual reunion at this amazing home the week of September 23-27, 2024. For many of the group this was their first visit to the Oregon Coast and this lovely home contributed to our overall wonderful week. The five beautiful bedroom/ensuites were a huge plus for all! Fully stocked, excellent location...the ideal choice for large groups. Thank you, Carol...always so helpful!

Geezer Getaway

Lifelong friends for over 60 years connecting annually. The beach continues to draw us and we loved this house. It met all our needs. We loved the huge island in the kitchen. Only recommendation was to add folding luggage racks or benches in each bedroom so that suitcases did not have to be on the floor. We will return next year.

Great stay at Newport

Great house with a spectacular view. Kids loved access to the private beach. Everything was neat with plenty of towels. The great room and bedroom suites a plus. Thank you for having ice already made. Only thing we could nitpick was trying to find Kleenex, and a few supplies, but overall. And truly wonderful experience
