This place is how every VRBO listing should operate! Kevin is so thoughtful and thorough in all areas of preparation and departure Everyone thought the mattresses were very comfortable but I do wish the master suite had a king bed.

A very clean and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Great deck area! Host was very accommodating and hospitable. Convenient to campus. A very nice home for three couples on a football weekend!

Beautiful property and wonderful host!
Top notch property in South Bend! We spent a week at this home in July 2024 and it was wonderful. The house is beautiful with all amenities as listed, location is perfect, and overall stay was excellent. Kevin is a friendly, welcoming, attentive, and responsive host. We will definitely return and highly recommend this beautiful home!

This house was very clean, beds were comfortable, felt homy and had everything we needed. Kevin had snacks and drinks available for us and a card, such a thoughtful gesture!

Open concept main area
This open concept home was clean, well maintained and perfect for a small group to gather without feeling cramped. With 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms it was very comfortable for 6.

Stunning Home
My daughter attends Notre Dame and this property is in extremely good proximity to campus. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Kevin was very communicative and easy to work with. Definitely would stay next time I am in town and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the South Bend area!

Pitt/Notre Dame football game
Absolutely great! Very nice, clean and comfortable house to stay. Convenient to Notre Dame stadium. No problems and very easy to deal with the owner Kevin. We felt very welcome in his house.

Notre Dame graduation weekend
Kevin was a great host. The house is in close proximity to the university, restaurants, and supermarkets. We had three generations of family staying in the property to celebrate our son’s graduation. Kevin was in constant contact and generously provided us with Notre Dame themed wine, desserts, and spirits to celebrate. I highly recommend this property.

Weekend Getaway
We stayed with friends and our daughter who attends Notre Dame. We were able to see her in the pep band at a ND basketball game. Campus was a short drive as well as restaurants we visited. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. Loved the extra little snacks and water that were left for us. We’ll definitely keep this house in mind for future visits!

We traveled for a wedding at Notre Dame, from booking process to checking out, Kevin ensure every stage was easy. He was prompt in response, very helpful. The photos of the property don’t do it justice, it was not the look but the feeling. Very peaceful, complemented with nature in the back. This place is a resort indeed. Either you’re resetting or in town for an event in South Bend and need a host that will make you feel at home, book this property. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Exceptional property in every way…
Kevin’s property was perfect, and Kevin was always immediately responsive and helpful.
The place was immaculately clean, new, furnished with everything we needed and everything worked, no issues at all. The proximity to the store is 2-3 minutes and then neighborhood was very quiet. We’ve already booked again for another game weekend. Thanks Kevin!

Beautiful home! The house was immaculate, but still comfortable. Kevin was a fantastic, responsive host who made everything easy.The highlight of our mornings was watching a deer family visit the backyard with coffee in hand. Absolutely magical. We’d book this place again in a heartbeat!
