Away from the crowds

Enjoyed our stay in South Bend. The house was perfect for what we needed. Not walking distance to the stadium, but it was also nice to be away from the crowds. The train by the house made it difficult for one of us to sleep, but the rest of us slept just fine. Plenty of beds and cooking utensils.

This house was as advertised. Very, very clean. Excellent bedding. Well-equipped kitchen. Secure 2-car garage. AC worked great. Clear instructions. I would stay here again.

We booked our stay to visit the University of Notre Dame and go to a football game. The house was just like the pictures. We had several questions while we stayed there and the contact person answered them right away. We all really liked the convivence of the house and how easy it was to get around the town. Thank you!

Manager Very Accommodating/Responsive

Stayed due to a family members health/funeral. Bathrooms/kitchen were very well stocked. Most places only give one extra toilet paper a couple coffee pods but this place had more than enough as well as plenty towels. Plenty of parking in the garage/drive. The manager came out on a holiday/short notice to unclog the vent on the dryer. Had to extend our stay due to funeral and they were extremely accommodating. The location was great and next to a park and 7 minutes from hospitals. We would definitely stay here again.

Almost Perfect

This was a great place for my family to be as we were in town for my father's Memorial Service. It was clean, spacious and comfortable accomodating both together and alone time. The neighborhood was nice and the few people I had interactions with were very friendly.The beds were very comfortable. For you light sleepers there are railroad tracks pretty close by. NOT super loud but noticable. What kept me from giving 5 stars is that the bedtooms need ceiling fans to circulate the air better. We kept turning the A/C down but would still sweat a bit in the night. I am a college football fan, NOT a Notre Dame fan That said I can surely see why the "Nortre Dame Room" would be a great rrom to watch the game and cheer for the Irish.

Clean and neat!

Inside of the house was exactly as pictured and very clean. We did hear trains on the north side of the house multiple times a day but luckily no horns were blown so we got used to it pretty quickly. Neighborhood is quiet and house is in a cul-de-sac.
