The site says free coffee and breakfast item was told that was old Was told by one female the night before when I asked about where to find it was told that they didn’t have it they didn’t use it and I could get $15 credit for the fact that they didn’t have it At checkout on the second day they didn’t wanna work with me After coming back Saturday afternoon the room wasn’t cleaned nor was the bed made and I asked specifically for the bed to be made and changed because we have stains on the sheet. Was lied to by a guy when he told us the bed had been made and sheets have been changed when in fact when we got back the sheets the spread were still on the floor where we left them so that they could be pulled off not very polite and bad attitude will not ever stay there again I would suggest nobody else do either

We noticed an odd odor as soon as we entered the room. Some of the lamps in the room were missing light bulbs and when staff came to replace them he found that one lamp was broken and a bulb could not be installed. When my wife turned back the bed she noticed stains on the bedspread and sheet. We decided to leave within a few minutes of checking in due to the poor maintenance and cleanliness of our room. We were denied a refund. We just felt like our room was not clean as we have come to expect from hotels where we have stayed

HORRIBLE! From the customer service to the condition of the rooms. Had to wait 30mins for someone to show up at the desk to check in. Run down…Room dirty, Looks sketchy and the room….oh my! I spent less than 12hrs in the room. Would NEVER stay here again. I’d rather sleep in my car! These pictures says it all! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED
AC unit loud and raggedy
Fridge door would not close
