Great Notre Dame Home Close to Campus

We have a wonderful 3 bedroom home available for rent. It is less than a mile from Notre Dame campus. We bought it for our daughter to live in for her senior year. She has graduated so it is available for anyone that would like to come to South Bend. The house is too nice for college students but you will love spending a few days.

Very clean home. Had all of the essentials and some great extras in the kitchen! Thank you so much for the stocked welcome basket that made us feel so welcome. Mindy was great to communicate with ahead of time and made extra accommodations for us which we so appreciated! The location is fantastic, walkable to the university, game and restaurants, and easy to run out to the store when needed. We had a great time and would definitely stay here the next time we come back to town!

Great place for a football weekend

Great location, comfortable walk to the campus and stadium. Mindy was very helpful and the house was perfect for myself and 2 family members. Would definitely recommend highly and hope to stay there again!

South Bend Cubs weekend getaway

Property was convenient for a weekend to see two south bend cubs games and walking around notre dame campus. The fenced in yard was great for the dog and the ability to not park on the street. Just a few minor things: kitchen floor was a bit sticky. A few essentials were empty so we needed to make a Trader Joe’s run - dish soap in the kitchen and tissues in both bathrooms. We wanted to use the fire pit but were unable to locate any logs.

Comfortable and comforting

First things first- I’ve never worked with a property owner more responsive and helpful than Mindy. Plans shifted due to a sudden death and Mindy was so accommodating and helpful throughout. The property itself is in a great residential neighborhood and is very well equipped. Layout allows for privacy in the bedrooms but nice communal gathering spaces in the main living area. Immaculately clean, very well maintained and equipped. Would 100% recommend a stay!

Walking Distance to Notre Dame

We stayed for the Billy Joel concert. House accommodated our group of 6 pretty well. Only suggestion would be to update the showers in both bathrooms. Everyone agreed that it was difficult to rinse off due to lack of pressure.

Cozy and comforting

This property was definitely comfortable and had a home like feel to it, the owner was in communication making sure everything was going well, it was a beautiful and clean home. Being able to spend a weekend with my parent's to see the grandkids was so epic. They felt comfortable, I would highly recommend this property or even rent it again in the near future. My family found this bungalow to be clean and spacious and met all of our needs. We were able to walk to Notre Dame and visit various points of interest within an hour, including Lake Michigan. Mindy was a great host and responded to our questions promptly.
