Our family celebrated a late Christmas here and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, kitchen items, paper supplies, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Girls Weekend

This was a perfect location for a girls weekend. We each had our own room. The Morris and other attractions were a short drive. Reached out about needing a hair dryer and had a very quick response. Would highly recommend!

Excellent location and amenities

This property was exactly what we needed for our family to stay while we moved our mother. The number and configuration of bedrooms was great. Kitchen and common areas were the right size and provided different gathering opportunities. The hot tub looked inviting, but we were busy and couldn't avail ourselves. Having a washer/dryer available was also handy. There's a half bath at one end of the house and a bath near the bedrooms, so that provided an opportunity to use the half bath and not disturb others, especially at night. If we need to stay in South Bend again, this house is #1 on our list. You won't be disappointed.

This property was everything we needed for our stay and it was conveniently located not to far from stores. Having a washer and dryer there was great also for beach days. Only about 35 minutes from the beaches we visited. I would definitely stay again if we come this way again.

Hot tub was broken initially then repaired while we were there the first night . We never had a chance to use it because we were to bust and quiet time was 10 PM . We respect the rules so we never went in. Plenty of room. We only used the house to sleep a few hours and shower and leave for the ND game.
