I rented for my niece and her family who had to drive up from Texas for her grandmother's funeral. When they got here the room ordered 2 Queen beds turned into a King with a roll out bed. My niece called me and I was told nothing could be done because the reservation was made via 3rd party. I attempted to connect Expedia but could not. Because of the late hour and the stress of the situation we decided address the matter later. My niece told me that she was awakened very early by a dog barking non stop. Mgmt told her Larkspur was family and pet friendly but did go to checked on the matter. Mgmt did what little they could since the they other client was on an extended stay and had gone to work. Mgmt apologized for the problems and said all she could do was offer a 15% discount on our bill. I could nit find the confirmation of the room I requested to prove what I ordered. My credit card said I could dispute the charges but I would rather discuss the problems with you. I am sure of what I requested and would like know how this mixup started.You have my telephone number please call me asap.

I booked a 2 queen/pullout room and they gave us a king/pullout so we did not have enough places for our family to sleep. Then, they changed the price of what our agreement was and charged us $303.26 more than what we booked with Expedia. I am still waiting for a credit for the $303.26 plus a credit for getting a lesser room than we booked.

Check in was a breeze but we had to park at the back of the building and the back door was broken so we had to go around to the side. That door also wouldn't work so we had to go almost to the front of the building to another side door and finally got in. It was a little confusing finding where we needed to go to get to our room. The walls were just drywall down our hallway. The key card wouldn't work the first 5 or 6 tries then we were finally able to get it. The AC/heat unit was very loud and squeaky. The bathroom door was too big for the doorframe so it made a very loud squeak/pop sound when opening the door. Overall not a terrible experience but probably won't book again especially for the price we paid.

We did not stay. The hotel did not perform. It was overbooked and the room we reserved was not available, the entire facility was barely one star, largely under construction, not clean. Expedia will do well to remove this property from its listings. Had trip insurance and will be filing for a full refund

They originally put us in a suite that had water damage - smelled moldy and the bathroom door wouldn't shut due to warping. The other suites had the same problem, so we ended up in a standard room with a cot and a bathroom fan that didn't work. It was a Notre Dame football weekend, so we payed over $500 a night for a below average room with a closed pool and water-damaged hallways. The staff was very nice and did their best, but it feels like they are good people being forced to work in a facility that is falling apart. To the owners/investors - keep the good people you've hired but either fix things up or drop your prices.

The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned. The second room was clean. The coffee maker was missing the tray that holds the coffee packet. Otherwise we were happy with the stay. The gentleman at the desk was very personable and helpful!

First, we were checked into a room that turned out to be under maintenance. Mold on bathroom walls, etc. we were then checked into a room with no towels, mold on ceiling and no bedding for pullout couch we requested. Staff was friendly but rooms need a lot of help.

The staff was great. The first room I was given wasn't even cleaned from the last guest. Their key cards were on the tv stand and all the bedding was piled on a chair. I went back to the desk and she gave me another room quickly. The room seemed fine at first, but I have an allergy to nicotine and can smell if someone has been smoking in a room. This room had recently been smoked in. Not wanting to be a pain and guessing more rooms would be like that, I just stayed in it overnight. The room was pretty clean but one of the pictures with a metal frame had rust on it and there was a very poor wallpaper patch job by the window that had dirty around it from a worker. The breakfast was good and the drive and sidewalks were cleared from the snow the night before. There was a dog on the upper level barking from 6 am to the time I left at 8am and it sounded like a very large dog. I think the staff is wonderful and helpful, but this facility past the lobby where it appears they spent the most of their money is tired. This is a $60.00 a night hotel and not almost 90.00.

The front desk staff for every shift were THE BEST!! I met them all as I arrived @ 4am and came & went through each shift change during my stay. Everyone was friendly & personable, including the housekeeping staff members I met too. I was very far from Texas but felt as if I was surrounded by the friendliness of my home state. Thank you for making my stay to have my dream of seeing my first Notre Dame football game a wonderful experience. Hope to return again.

I’m extremely disappointed that my credit card was being billed with charges after I had checked out of the hotel. Two charges to be specific. I made a complaint about a charge made this morning two days after I checked out and one on the day after I checked out. The charge made this morning was reversed but the other one has posted to my credit card. Now no one is answering the phone.
