Trying to figure out what switch went to what and a lack of lighting was a bit of an issue. Also the circuit breakers tripped once and I had to go down to the basement in the dark to find it and flip them back on. Also the handrail to the basement was partially torn off the wall due to faulty installation. That was not safe.
