Great ND house

The location is excellent if you are in town for events at Notre Dame. Super convenient to campus, downtown and anything you may need. Owner was great and great to work with for this stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Have stayed on multiple occasions with this host. Properties are always immaculate and well supplied, in particular the linens/towels are plentiful and in great condition.

Comfortable and very convenient to campus

Spacious, clean and comfortable stay here! We grew tired off staying a week in a hotel room during our annual trip to South Bend for AYOP. We enjoyed the charming backyard to relax in after a long day! The host was great! Definitely recommend!

Have stayed with this host in the past. House in perfect shape as always and well supplied with linens and other essentials. Great outdoor space for grilling and hanging out with a large group. Quiet street with lots of parking.

Lovely house and location

We rented two of this owner's property that were five doors down from each other for my son's wedding. I love the craftsmen and the outdoor space under the lights. The living room is massive. The dining room is very nice and it was a good place for us to get together.

Perfect for Family Wedding

This was a perfect house for our family of 7 as we attended a weekend wedding at Notre Dame! The house was well equipped with bedding, towels, and kitchen items. The bonuses were the outdoor space, coffee maker yard games and complimentary bottle of wine! We appreciated the hospitality!

ND House

This is definitely a guys house for Football games (men’s room). Great house, clean and great location. Would definitely stay there again. Floors creak a little so if anyone is a light sleeper they may wake. Plenty of room and great amenities.

Wedding Weekend

My family and I stayed at this home over the weekend of my son's wedding. It was perfect for our needs. While the wedding was not on campus, we appreciated the proximity of the house to the Notre Dame campus -- a 15 or 20-minute walk there or to Eddy Street. We also appreciated the off-street parking. The home was clean and ready for our arrival. When I reached out to Bill with a question about the house, he responded almost immediately. I would recommend this home without reservation.

Sporting Event - Stay

Fantastic housing for our stay in South Bend. SOOO close to Notre Dame where we had our sports function. The house was perfect for us. Loved the coffee bar and the comfortable beds. This was the second time we have stayed here and we look forward to a third time! Thanks for letting us use your terrific house for the week.

Football Weekend at ND

We had a wonderful football weekend at ND. The house was very clean and well equipped. The location is convenient for walking to campus. Bill is a great host who responded immediately to any question we had and left us a nice bottle of wine. We would definitely stay here again!

Go Irish!

Stayed here for a wedding with 7 people (3 couples, 1 friend) and it was so nice to each have our own bedroom. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine (thank you!) and it was really awesome to see the partnership with the Southbend Center for the Homeless. Perfect location for Norte Dame campus and downtown South Bend!
