"The communication was awesome. Had a few hickups, but got everything taken care of asap. The water pressure was bad for the most part. Had a hard time washing my hair. One was the whole island had no water but that is not anyone's fault. Had electrical issues that never got looked at. 2 outlets went out so I had to plug fridge & coffee maker in another outlet & had to share the microwave & coffee maker after having to sit them in the floor. "Resorts World exceeded my expecations. It is a beautiful property with stunning water and marina views. The room was large, well appointed with a huge balcony. The resort has a great deal of art which is well placed and pleasing. The linens and mattress were excellent and you'll get a great night's sleep. The staff seem so proud of their island and I experienced some exemplary customer service especially from (names I can remember): Mariah, Alfred the bartender, Biggs, Will at the beach restaurant, Jasmine at luggage hold and Daniel on the tram. The hotel takes you seamlessly from the lobby to the boat terminal, and also to the expansive Resorts world beach, where all the chairs/umbrellas are free of charge. Great holiday getaway. The management there really seems to be on point and they whole place seems like a big family. Two hours on Baleria from FLL, I recommend it."
