“During my 3-night stay, I lodged into a one bed room apartment which has kitchen facility. Good facilities during rainy days. Very good location. Hotel located between Manuka and Kingston, supermarket, cienema, restaurants are in walking distance. Only 15 minutes car drive to airport. I found very difficult to find a taxi in Canberra. Fortunately, East Hotel's calling taxi service is very efficient. With very helpful staff . If no restricted free Wi-Fi inside room is perfect. Only 100 mb……

“The one-bedroom apartment is very spacious, very clean kitchen and bathroom. Only suggestion would be a floor lamp near dinning area would be great. ”

“本來是一個非常愉快的旅程，我們住在地下的房間兩晚。我出門前掛上了一張告示牌說可以清潔。歸來後發現完全沒有收拾房間。入住時服務員說是每天清潔房間的。最氣憤是第二天早上八時半，有人大力打我們的房門，已經給她弄醒了。九時半又再大力打我們的門，我開門見到一個清潔女工，她對我說： When did you leave?真被她激死了，把我活生生弄醒就是為了她的工作，我又沒有吩咐morning call！房間是有電話的，如果counter要叫醒我們可以打電話給我們，不用清潔姐姐來弄醒我們吧！這間酒店應該跟進一下這樣的服務態度。”

“Property was clean but had a number of minor maintenance issues which I made the manager aware of as a matter of courtesy not complaint. I received no response from them regarding this. Communication through the app didn’t work so I had to text. Bed was small and fairly hard. Nice convenient location. First time using a parking stacker which was interesting. Wouldn’t want a large or overly tall vehicle”

“Excellent property in a great location to visit Canberra's many Institutions. Shopping/dining in Manuka is across the road and easily accessible.The property is new and part of a large group of apartments.The apartment was well fitted-out and decorated for long or short stays.”
