We had some trouble on the day of arrival - directions were sent regarding check in about an hour prior to the check in time, and only after I reached out to the host to request them. "I have stayed in a lot of different houses and had never had such a terrible experience.The key lock was jammed and wouldn't open. Contacted the "owner" and requested assistance...very poor response, had to wait over 2hrs for any assistance. House itself is terribly run down, uninhabitable and unsafe.Warning - there is no safety switch or circuit breaker at this property. "Overall good stay. Location was good. Larger area for all guests to be comfortable. Heating was great. Dishwasher did not work. Messaged property manager and they insisted it was working. There was no power going into the dishwasher at all. No solutions throughout the stay.Had to use external lighter for the gas stove. Gas fireplace in one of the living room did not work.One of the room had mouldy ceilings. Very noticeable. "
