南卡羅來納提供禮賓服務的酒店

「Everything was simply perfect!!! Thank you!」

「Valet runners were plentiful and friendly. That said, check-in staff were not attentive. Self parking was very expensive rooms did not include a coffee maker or clock and housekeeping was minimal. Not impressed. Won’t be back.」

「Beautiful hotel within walking distance of all the restaurants and the French quarter. Lots of landmarks to see. Very close to the market」

「I did not like the policy/practice of no front desk, no concierge, etc. A staff member explained that he or anyone else could help us with any concierge-type questions. It was not easy to find those employees, and on the rare occasion that we did, most often they did not know, have the relevant information, etc. Very disppointing and we found our entire stay to feel unbalanced」

「Loved the coffee and continental breakfast in the hall outside our room.」
