“Our room was at the far end of the hallway on the ground floor, away from the casino (and the not so subtle smell of old, burnt cigarettes), so it was nice and quiet for my early to bed early to rise travel companion and I. Everything was nice and clean, the service staff pleasant and helpful. Only two minor issues were (1) lighting was somewhat inadequate and (2) no fan in the bathroom. On-site meal choices (the steakhouse and Denny’s under the same roof) made for really convenient meal options……

“Refurbished old building. I think it was not originally a hotel. Associated with the Mizpah Hotel across the street. Nice enough, but no front desk; you check in over at the Mizpah. The night we were there happened to be cold and windy so going back and forth was not fun. The room was pleasant . There were no kleenex, that I could find. Ate dinner at the Jack Dempsey room at the Mizpah. It was good. ”

“The host was great and very welcoming. Went above and beyond to help us out by making us some food because we were arriving late at night. Even the breakfast was delicious. Gave us a b&b feel. The second bedroom did not have a shower even though listing said otherwise but it wasn't a big deal. It was a great experience and had a lot of fun talking to Sunny! Will definitely go back there!”
