"My wife and I recently stayed at the Taj Palace Hotel in Delhi, and I can confidently say — this is the best hotel in the city. Everything is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. The highlight of our stay was the experience at Capital Kitchen, the hotel’s outstanding restaurant. Chef Sandeep Raway is a true culinary artist. His creative and flavorful Indian dishes gave us not just a meal, but a memorable culinary journey. Each dish was rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and made with incredible care. The breakfast was also amazing, so much food. Big shout out to Sumit-our server, Dinesh and and the director Mr. Aakas. You were very welcoming, attentive and hospitable."
