Great family group vacation!

Our group really enjoyed this house. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need for meals. We will be back again!

Private, Clean & Spacious

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this home. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked and the owner provided lots of nice amenities. The hot tub also was sparkling and smelled of chlorine, we had no reservations about using it. We enjoyed the fire pit and star gazing. If we had more time it would have been fun to try fishing the Rio Grande. Our daughters fell in love with the horses. We had a lovely time!

We’ve been to South Fork several times but this was our first time staying in this house. We loved the secluded location. The beds were really comfortable and the house was well stocked with what we needed. The home does need a few more updates and the ones they have done turned out very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Get away from it all

We wanted some seclusion. We wanted a view of the mountains and access to the river. We wanted family time around the fire pit and underneath the stars. This property checked all those boxes. We look forward to returning.

Loved it!

We loved the view of the back yard & enjoyed watching the horse & mule. Almost daily we had multiple deer cross the back yard as well as geese, a multitude of birds, rabbits & chipmunks! The house was in a great private location, was well appointed & perfect for our family of 8! We were even able to leave from our house on our OTV’s for one of our trail rides.
