Overall, the space feels well planned and comfortable, creating a “home away from home” atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The only issue I experienced was a slip in the bathroom, likely due to cleaning chemicals on the floor, which resulted in a sore shoulder and hitting my head.
