"I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5."

"All my confirmation information said this facility was in Edinburgh — it was in Glasgow!! When I called the person all he did was say people were happy staying there. When I explained the situation he didn’t care and he still charged me!! I spent 3 hours in Waverley station looking for an Edinburgh ..."
