“Very friendly staff, amazing room, location was perfect for my stay. The heater wasnt working very well and wouldn't keep the room very warm.”

“This review applies to apartment 18 (studio), so I cannot speak to the other apartments. But honestly, I’d stay elsewhere. The positives: relatively quiet neighborhood but not centrally located (though with easy access to the subway and two equidistant train stations). Clean room. Staff friendly. The negatives: where to begin. First, whomever designed the shower/toilet should never work again as a designer. There’s no separate shower stall. The rainfall shower is directly next to the toilet……

“Room was clean, staff was helpful and plenty of parking. Would have rated higher but the walls are paper thin. Could hear everyone around and above me. Made it hard to sleep.”

“Location was great but very noisy as I was above the function room. ( very loud music) Receptionist ( Jennifer,I think her name was),kindly moved me to another room which was excellent. She did it without question and that in my opinion, was excellent service. Please pass my thanks to her. Will definitely return and choose a club room.”

“The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants and other sights to see in Glasgow. The hotel was modern and clean, providing a lot of amenities. The location is also great, a short distance from the city center but still in a quieter, more open area.”

“Clean, room, needed a little explanation on key card needs to stay in slot by door to operate lights, left early 4:30am no instructions to check out , staff not around, no breakfast so no review on that. Didnt realize paid parking to stay at hotel”

“We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants……

“Staff was the BEST part of our stay! Attentive & went above & beyond. We had an early flight and they still accommodated breakfast to go for us. Rooms were clean & bed was comfortable. Parking however can be limited and you may have to park on the street. However you can pull up to the main entrance to drop your luggage with the staff so you do not have to make the (very) short walk if you have to street park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
