attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt or remove these devices will lead to fines
and/or eviction without a refund. Ring doorbells and camera are monitoring the
outside of the property only.

NOTE: Beach Safety: Text 888777 BEACHES to receive regular updates on the lake
conditions. The fines have increased to $1,000 for violating red flag warning.
