“We had a one night dinner, bed and breakfast stay at this pretty old coaching inn in the centre of Midhurst. The room was comfortable and clean, the pool and spa were excellent and the staff were helpful. While the quality of the food in the restaurant was good, unfortunately the service at both dinner and breakfast was poor, and we had to chase our desserts at the evening meal and had a long wait for our cooked breakfasts the following morning. However, this didn't spoil what was a relaxing……
