「This place was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, well kept, and a great value for what you got. Beautiful property, sweet farm pets stopped by to say hello which was adorable. 「It’s hard to find such a beautiful place surrounded by water, with easy access to swimming and kayaking. We loved walking right out and having a personal beach with an amazing view all the way to Ithaca. The home is clean, comfortable, and really set up with entertaining in mind. 「We truly enjoyed our stay and Rich and Rebekah were very responsive and helpful. The location is just minutes from Watkins Glen , close to wineries and restaurants. The property was just as described - modern and clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub and its ease of use! Hope to visit again!」

「Very cute place rental and convenient to Cornell. Price was very reasonable. We would recommend this place to others and definitely stay here again. Some extra amenities would be a very nice addition such as having some extra TP, hand/ dish soap (shower soap was empty), paper towels, napkins, etc. There was coffee which was awesome-- we had brought our own so we were all set. 「The (3-6 person) yurt experience is truly wonderful. The yurt itself has an herb garden and 2 koi ponds onsite. Michelle is a gracious and kind hostess who ensured we were well taken care of. The yurt itself is very clean and comfortable and even comes with fresh local coffee! Based on the season, you may need insect (tick) repellent if you plan to traipse through the wildflower fields and woods nearby. We would love to stay here again and hope to do so in the near future.」
