Had such a wonderful stay. Stayed one night as the Ram Rodeo was in town and The Ranchhouse Inn was excellent. I was able to call in and request an earlier check-in and check-in itself was super easy as it is self check-in. The room itself and bathroom were clean and stocked with towels and toilet paper. The beds were clean and comfortable. Honestly great place to stay and great value. I can definitely see myself coming back again :)

There is no reception or staff on site. There is a phone number posted at the entrance, but when I called, no one answered. After leaving a message, no one called back. The sound-proofing was terrible. You can hear everything clearly that comes from the corridor. There are no amenities other than a coffee machine near the lobby area. The rear parking lot felt unsafe and not maintained. The room is clean and decent, but the bathroom is tiny.

Property was sketchy. Room smelled awful, overpowering air freshener to cover another smell. Curtains were disheveled and not hung properly. Bed was uncomfortable and rickety. No sound proofing. Could hear neighbours beside and above us.

This hotel is very unique. The windows open up to an inside corridor, so no outside windows, which was weird at first. The room was clean and decorated nicely. Had a small kitchenette and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well but was noisy. It is a self check-in, but the cleaning staff was very friendly. Communication through text messaging, with all the information needed for check in, was accurate and easy to follow. The price was very good, cute small town, and close to Grand Bend and Bayfield for day trips.

Cleanliness could be better - floors were dirty and there were bits of other guests hairs in the shower. Bathroom mirror was wonderful, there’s really nowhere to put your stuff down in the bathroom so keep that in mind with hair tools etc. Staff was friendly, coffee station was a bonus! All in all, it was okay!
