“We stayed here for an church youth retreat and had a wonderful experience with the host. Merrick was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and very accommodating of our non-profit budget. He clearly cares about his guests. The indoor basketball court, soft-serve ice cream machine, and popcorn machine were huge hits and kept our group entertained the entire weekend!It is worth noting that the home is much older than it appears in the photos and is in need of some significant cosmetic updates,……

“This was amazing. Our family stayed here unfortunately due to a family death. The 8 of us (3 families) enjoyed this and was perfect. Ease if checkin, communication. Parking in attached garage. Closeness to everything. The extras they provide like the great coffee, is above what you expect. The beds were comfy!! Definitely worth the price!! Highly recommend.”

No hidden fees,” and we already paid the two pre-stay payments that included all listed charges. However, after we checked out on 12/25, the host requested additional cleaning fees on 12/26, even though we followed the checkout directions and left the property clean. We reported this to VRBO……
