New 2023 Summer/Fall - All the feels of being HOME

It's a unique one of a kind home built with family and friends in mind. It's a place that allows people to gather in the most comfortable setting. It boasts a big, beautiful, open communal space while being peaceful.

Our favorite part of the home truly is the open kitchen, living room, and dining area when we are with the family. The kitchen area allows the host to share in the activities around them as them prepare meals and snacks for all to enjoy! There is so much seating available and everyone feels included in any of the activities going. It also serves as a friendly place to play games, serve as a dance floor, and so on! There's so much more to this home than meets the eye. It has the true feeling of home the moment you walk in the door!

You can enjoy a beachy vibe throughout the home but especially in the common areas. All the 3 bedrooms have queen size beds for your comfort. The sheets are soft and subtle. Our favorite part of coming home is to enjoy the enclosed porch area watching the birds and enjoying the sound of wildlife upon the wooded area surrounding the yard. We also will sit on the patio on summer nights watching the lightning bug show or those stormy nights when lightning brightens up the sky. The yard spans over 3.5+ acres so you and your guests may enjoy the great outdoors right in the backyard.

Not only may your guests may enjoy a multitude of activities, including an exploration of the extra large backyard, campfires, and shrimp on the barbie with a charcoal Weber grill located in the garage but, you are close to everything. Enjoy easy access to all the nearby beaches, parks, water sporting activities, ice cream shops, restaurants, and so much more! This is our little slice of heaven, and I hope it is yours, too.
