Quality home

Newer kitchen and bathrooms. Be prepared to bring your own cooking utilities and accessories. Beds were not the best Very clean. Will stay at Lakeland Village again but not this unit.

Outstanding Experience

I stayed at this very well appointed townhome this past weekend and had a GREAT experience! The home was spotless and perfectly set up for us. The furnishings were cozy and thoughtful and the location is fantastic! Vacasa handled things so seamlessly and we had an amazing time. Lakeland has a ton of great amenities and we enjoyed every moment of our time here. 10/10 would recommend!!

Location was beautiful

Location was beautiful. Tahoe was fantastic. Condo was fine. Not a lot of cooking supplies that matched like pot tops, no spatula, etc. listing said towels and linens were included but no beach towels for a lake condo. Construction started at 8am and went until 4 pm daily with constant reverse beeping all day- got notice of the construction 4 days before our departure for vacation with no discounts offered.

Room for improvement but still appreciate the home

Pros: Location Convince Bang for your buck Quick mx response Cons: Found eyelashes stuck to the headboard in the primary bedroom from a previous guest. Squeaky, lumpy uncomfortable beds Inadequate kitchen supplies (missing spatula, no measuring cups, had to buy more forks because they only had 4/5, no scissors, pots and pans are terribly worn.) Clogged upper shower (mx fixed issue.) Malfunctioning restroom lock (mx fixed issue.) Property needs some TLC but there’s potential.

Lakeland Village 447 South Lake Tahoe, CA

The house is beautiful. Close to the beach, restaurants, & casinos. The only issue we had was the that the fireplace pilot light was one so the upper levels were HOT. Called maintenance but no one showed. We were able to shut it off after waiting 8 hours.
