Lakeland Village stay

I stayed at Lakeland Village a long time ago with my parents, and still have memories of being there and skiing. I was excited to bring my family and enjoy a summer stay. It did not disappoint. I really appreciated the location and access to the private beach. It's also really close to many food options without having to go to stateline. My son is a cross country runner (which is partly why we went to Tahoe), and it really convenient for him to be able to run to the local track for his workouts!

Lakeland Village Condo - One bedroom with loft

Basic, clean unit in the main building of the condo complex. Parking always available, check-in and out easy. We had a nice 6 day stay at Lakeland Village. Our teenage son stayed in the loft and enjoyed his private space up there. Great private beach with property - we did not use the pools but they looked nice and were popular. Property centrally located for South Lake Tahoe.

Right on S. Lake Tahoe Blvd

First the place was immaculate. Very clean. Full service kitchen. It’s centrally located right on S.Lake Tahoe Blvd. We really enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back! Thank you!

Lakeland Village fun in the sun

We have always enjoyed staying at Lakeland village. This stay we opted for a smaller u it as it was just 3 of us. The unit was very clean however there was a broken dining room chair that proved to be dangerous when an adult fell backwards and nearly hit their head and the bath tub had a drip and was not draining. I did notify the rental agency and was told that someone would be out to fix the bathtub within 4 hours. Unfortunately, this did not happen and it took me going to the front desk and making a second call to customer service before bathtub was fixed at 5pm. I subsequently requested a late check out as we had wasted a full morning waiting around for bathrooms to be fixed and were unable to showier, but was told this was not an option. I was told that a request for compensation from local representative would be requested. However, I received a phone call from on site management and told that somehow the issue with the bathtub was “user error” and a late check out and/or compensation would not be offered. I explained to local management that we never touched the bathtub or tried to use as the issue was present upon check in. Very frustrating that the customer in this case was not in the “right”.

Wonderful Lakeland Village condo

Had a wonderful stay and 308 Lakeland was a great base for our Tahoe adventure. It was great being right at the beach for morning coffee and sunsets. Good eats, CVS, boat rental, and shopping were all walkable. Hikes, music, horseback riding were all an easy drive. We slept great with the screen doors open but you do hear traffic. Enjoyed our trip.
