It's a good location, has nice beach access and the pricing is reasonable. Lakeland village is a nice place to stay!

Perfect location in the heart of South Lake Tahoe

This house is perfectly situated in South Lake Tahoe on a private beach with several pools and spas and close to all the action. We would definitely stay here again!

Bring Your Own Light Bulbs

The 9-digit pass key is RIDICULOUS - especially when the keypad sticks on a digit we had 4 times in our code and the outside light doesn't work. Not once did we get in on the first try. A couple times it took us 4-5 tries to unlock. The place was dark. The chandelier over the dining room table has 6 bulbs -1 was out, 1 was very bright and 4 were very dim. One of the lights on an end table in the living room was dead. This shows a lack of attention to detail. Instead of the crazy high-tech thermostat I never did figure out spend money on light bulbs! The beach is great!

Easy access to private beach/love the layout

We enjoyed our stay as we were originally just going to get a hotel room. Loved that it was roomy and the living room was upstairs while the baby slept downstairs the older kids were able to stay up. Easy access to the beach without having to load up the kids in the car which is a plus for us.
