「Property is sprawling and unwieldy. Couldn't find the main office for 10 minutes (went to 2 other buildings). Check-in - 4 people at the desk, but only 1 actually checking people in. Lower floor of "villa" smelled funny. Mildewy smell in tub. "Market" is actually a tiny area with some cold drinks, candy and "breakfast" - which is microwaved eggs and pancakes served by unhappy people. Coffee was instant and priced at $3.25 a cup. Pool area was chaotic and unsupervised. Roving bands of teenagers....

「The building, grounds and room were all very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast also. However, our bathroom in 317 needed cleaning where the wall and tub meet the floor. Also the shower curtain was too long and dirty at the bottom and we did not want it in the same water we had to stand in when showering. As you know typically during a shower water does accumulate on the tub floor. Also the drain in the sink was sluggish. Everything else was good.」

「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「Our room was very clean with the exception of the bathroom. There was toothpaste “splatter” on the bathroom faucet and a brown ring around the tub. The building has seen better days. There were giant tarps hanging from the second floor railing when we pulled in. The staff was really nice. At around 9pm there were people sitting right by our door smoking. Not to fun being awoken by the garbage man at 6am.」

「My family of three had such a lovely stay at the Little Cat Lodge over the long 4th of July holiday. The hotel is so cute, and amenities were quaint but wonderful. The hostess and dining room staff were so kind to my 5 year old daughter. We loved the pool, it was such a lovely vibe swimming in the summer heat. The pool's lack of harsh chemicals was also refreshing - literally. Tasty food and drinks, and a view of the 4th of July fireworks at Catamount from our room was the cherry on top....

「Pictures on the internet made it appear to be an Inn. It was actually a motel just above route 7. Tricky taking a left onto a 4 lane highway to get to Lenox but doable. Room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable and great staff. Few minor issues: 1. Bathroom fan didn't work and one of the charge ports on the shared bedside table was dead. I would recommend if all the cute Inns in Lenox are full.」
