「Clean room, pet friendly property . Love the Port Orford area.」

「Comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. Everything we needed to eat in and a list of restaurants if we wanted to go out. Flowers and hummingbirds rounded out a great time. We enjoyed our stay.」

「We loved this place it was absolutely beautiful and amazing 」

「My reservation request was "rejected by the host". No explanation why.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was centrally located, close to shopping and downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The house itself was very cute. Had all the amenities. We would definitely stay there again.」

「Beautiful property right on the river. Access to kayaks with a short paddle to the ocean. House was modern and clean. Hot tub was cold when we arrived and it took 1 whole day to warm up which was a bummer. Per the owner, they had to drain it from the previous guests which we were not notified beforehand. Also, garbage needs to be loaded up in your car and driven to the end of the road to dispose of which is ridiculous given the cleaning fees. Overall nice stay!」

「Great location and a clean house.」

「Very clean .Tiny cabin. Does not really have 2 bedrooms. There is a small bedroom and a loft . Ceiling in loft so low that u have to crawl to get on the beds.Wish it was listed accurately.」

「Adele was an amazing host. We were only in Brookings for one night but it was one of our favorite stops in our entire trip! She is so kind and her home is definitely a work of art. Her attention to detail and preserving the natural landscape made this property one of my top ten. I will be back again and again!」

「We came to enjoy the King Tides, and they did not disappoint! Patrick and Barbara are the perfect hosts!」

「Listing was for direct axes to the water but it was blocked off the weekend before we arrived and we were not notified and were not allowed to move it. The trash cans were completely full, smelled terrible and were right next to the house. Called the property manager twice with no reply until I called the financial people. Many other issues unresolved after asking for help. Would NOT recommend this rental.」

「We loved our stay!」

「Capital by the Sea was the perfect location for」

「Lovely 1 bedroom unit. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen and awesome big shower.」

「We really enjoyed our stay and loved the place. Especially the kayaks, the quietness, and all the homey features. The cottagey, beachy feel was great. Puzzles for the kids. Family friendly. Hot Tub was great. The covered/barn area with the BBQ grill was perfect for grilling up steaks. The out door table and chairs were perfect and lots of room. If there would have been rain we still could have BBQ'd outside and moved the dining into the barn. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. ...
