“The hotel was hard to find. We could not enter the building until another person staying there let us in. We could not find the passcode to unlock the key lock box. I contacted Expedia several times and they did their best to contact the hotel owner. Took about an hour and the hotel staff finally came out and showed me how to enter the code and unlock my keybox. I realise there is a language barrier, but it was very frustrating when we were waiting in the hot lobby trying to contact someone.……

“家族7人で快適に利用できました！ 今回は家族7人で利用させていただきました。 車で向かいましたが、宿のすぐ近くに収容台数の多いコインパーキングがあり、移動もスムーズでとても便利でした。 周辺環境も充実しています。近くにコンビニやおしゃれなパン屋さんがあるほか、徒歩2分ほどの場所には美味しい焼き鳥屋さんもありました。当日はライブ後で疲れていたため夕飯が少し心配だったのですが、素敵なお店に巡り合えて大満足の夜になりました。 宿泊中に確認したいことがありオーナー様に連絡をさせていただきましたが、対応がとてもスムーズで終始安心して過ごすことができました。またぜひ利用したいです。”

“大阪でのLIVEのため、いつもはホテルですが今回初めてコンドミニアム的な宿泊施設を利用しました。４人で2泊でしたが、部屋の広さは充分で、風呂、トイレキッチンの水回りはとても清潔。2、3泊以上滞在するには自炊するのに必要な調理器具も揃っていて何一つ不自由はありませんでした。 また、今回は15時からのチェックインのところ13時ごろ早目に荷物だけ預けたいという要望も快諾していただきとても助かりました。 また大阪に行く時は是非利用したいと思います”
