Oceanside Villa is a luxurious 3700 square foot, three-story beach house. It has 2 living areas and 2 kitchens each equipped with its own set of appliances. That means 2 full-size refrigerators!! The private and heated swimming pool is complete with its own irresistible jacuzzi. They are exclusive to this villa's guests only and not shared with anyone else. This villa is the epitome of fun and relaxation.
*****POOL GUIDELINES AND RULES During winter months when the swimming pool needs to be heated, the water temperature setting is set at 84°F. Our Jacuzzi amenity is set at 100 degrees. The actual swimming pool water temperature may be or may not be at 84 deg since this largely depends on the air temperature and wind factors which are not within our control. If a cold front approaches and there is a big drop in the temperature, the water temperature will drop also even though our motor is still set to run at 84 deg. Owner or Agent cannot be held accountable for the water temperature. Owner guarantees that the pool heater is set at 84 degrees for the pool and 100 degrees for Jacuzzi. If on the rare occasion that the air temperature plus windchill factor are in the 50 degree range, most pool heaters will shut off due to the strain on the motor to keep it from burning out. There is not anything anyone can do to override this safety feature.

2nd floor:
-2 rooms with Queen beds, flat screen TV with a shared full bathroom located between these 2 bedrooms.
- The main living room is on the 2nd floor, opens to front balcony overlooking the best beach view and Butterfly Garden, 2 leather sofa set and a huge 60'TV and Youtube TV.
- Fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a full size refrigerator to accommodate your large group, upscale glass cabinets and an over abundance of kitchen gear.
- 2nd floor Dining room with seating for 10 with additional seating for 4 at the counter (the 1st floor dining room has 8 more additional seating)

* Master suite- opens to front balcony and looks out at the beach, king size canopy bed with sitting area and 50" LCD TV. The bathroom is for relaxing in a modern soaking tub with a glass walk-in-shower and double shower head!! There is even a makeup sitting area and makes you feel so pampered.
